May in Atlanta...started with Mother's Day

This year May had lots going on with our family. We flew up on the Fri before Mother's Day and were there for 2 weeks. We kicked off our 2 weeks with Mother's Day. We had 4 pints of specialty ice cream sent to Mom and I made her some cookies after we arrived. Does it get any better than cookies and ice cream???  We had a nice lunch after attending church, then all the Mom's opened their gifts..

Then after the Mom's were done, Chad opened his Eagle/Graduation gifts...

He got some nice gift cards and we got him this cool wall hanging...It brings together his Eagle Scout accomplishments as well as his faith.

This was a joke from Shea-Shea...just so he had something to open...but it's going to be a fishing back pack...as soon as it comes in.
